• Service Description

  MagPlus is a digital subscription service that provides access to a catalog of international and local magazines through a mobile device with internet connection.

• Access Conditions

  The service is available exclusively to residents in the target country.

  The User must be over 18 years old or have authorization from the line holder.

  Access may vary depending on technical availability and network coverage of the Operator.

• Registration and Subscription

  The subscription is activated upon the User's confirmation through the direct billing flow with their mobile Operator.

  By confirming the subscription, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

• Pricing and Billing

  The service fee and billing frequency are displayed during subscription and depend on your Operator and country.

  Charges are made directly on the User's mobile invoice or deducted from prepaid balance.

  The subscription renews automatically until canceled.

• Trial Period and Promotions

  Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

• Subscription Cancellation

  No commitment is required. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the same channel used for activation, your Operator's portal, or by following the instructions provided at subscription time and in Operator communications. Methods may include SMS, USSD codes, or customer service channels, depending on your country and Operator.

• Right of Withdrawal

  You're not bound by any long-term commitment with us. You have the freedom to enjoy your subscription indefinitely, subject to the terms in the agreement. You can opt out at any time through the service settings, provided it is done at least one full day before the renewal date. If you cancel mid-subscription period, you will have access until the end of the paid period or free trial. Your subscription will not auto-renew, and no further payments will be deducted. You can always reactivate later. Note that there are generally no refunds or credits for midsubscription cancellations, except where required by law. If your subscription is suspended or terminated, there will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges for unused time, fees, content, or data associated with it.

• Refunds

  Fees already charged are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

  Any claims for incorrect charges must be submitted to customer service or the corresponding Operator.

• User Obligations

  The User may not resell, distribute, or transfer access to the Service.

  The Service must be used lawfully and without fraudulent intent.

• Liability

  MagPlus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

  MagPlus shall not be liable for interruptions caused by the Operator, technical failures, force majeure, or third-party actions.

  The maximum liability towards the User shall not exceed the amount paid in the last three months.

• Intellectual Property

  All content and materials accessible through MagPlus are the property of MagPlus or its licensors.

  The User is granted only a personal, limited, non-transferable right of use.

• Modifications of the Service and T&C

  MagPlus reserves the right to modify content, pricing, or service conditions.

  Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the User via the website or the Operator.

• Privacy and Data Protection

  MagPlus processes personal data of the User (line number, IP, device information) required to provide the Service.

  Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Suspension and Termination

  MagPlus may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of the T&C.

• Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the target country.

  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the target country.
